We provide four packages for cohabitation, marriage contracts, and separation agreements:

Independent Legal Advice (ILA): This package is tailored to clients looking for legal advice on a finalized domestic contract, such as marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. It includes a review of the contract, a one-hour meeting to clarify the terms, the signing of the contract, and a certificate of Independent Legal Advice.

The Standard Package for the Cohabitation Agreement and Marriage Contract is designed for couples who wish to waive spousal support and allocate assets according to ownership. You will meet with a lawyer to explore your options and provide instructions. Once finalized, you will sign the agreement and receive a certificate of independent legal advice. Your partner will also review and sign the agreement with their own legal counsel.

The Premium Package is designed for high net worth clients who have substantial investment portfolios, properties, business assets, Trusts, intellectual property, and/or other assets that will require financial review and specific provisions within the cohabitation agreement or marriage contract.

Separation Agreement: This package is designed for clients going through a separation or divorce who are in agreement as to the terms of their separation.  After being provided with legal guidance, you and your partner will come to an agreement on the various issues such as support, property and child related matters.  The agreement will then be drafted and reviewed with you before signing it.
